Does the section or grade match the design and fabrication method?
MATERIALS / PROCUREMENT NOTES

BUYER CHECKLIST
Four decisions before sampling or release.
What grade, standard and destination market are required?
Which dimensions, tolerances, surface and edge conditions must be controlled?
Which certificates, inspection records and packing photos should travel with the lot?
What is the change trigger if drawings, quantities or delivery windows move?
| Material route | Carbon, HSLA, stainless, galvanized or project-specific alloy |
|---|---|
| Specification | Grade, section, thickness, length, tolerance and surface |
| Evidence | Mill test certificate, dimensional report, inspection plan and photos |
| Release | Bundle mark, packing list, loading plan and destination documents |

VERIFY / APPROVE / RELEASE
Keep the specification close to the steel.
Revision, test boundary and packing logic should remain visible after the quotation is issued. This reduces silent substitutions and expensive rework.
